Rising 26 stories above Rosslyn’s thriving urban waterfront, Turnberry Tower offers lap of luxury condos and full service amenities. There were multiple new listings in March, starting with Unit #2308. This ultra-swanky four-bedroom, four-bath bird’s nest is priced at $4,800,000 and offers spectacular vistas of Arlington, Washington, DC, and the Potomac River. With 4,463 square feet of luxurious living space, the apartment with its private elevator, gourmet kitchen, library with wet bar, and sweeping private balconies, is simply spectacular.

Unit #907 was withdrawn and relisted with a new asking price of $930,000 (a $25K drop from previously). The other pending transaction is Unit #1701. The 1,754 square foot flat had been priced at $1.5 million before receiving an accepted offer. The two-bedroom, two-bath layout includes a private elevator, nine-foot ceilings, and a long curved balcony offering cityscape views. The expansive primary suite features a sitting area just right for working from home, spacious custom closets, and an ensuite marble bath with a hotel style vanity mirror TV.
