One of the most luxurious mixed-use communities in the nation, CityCenterDC spans more than five city blocks in Washington’s vibrant Mount Vernon Triangle. Relisted in May, Unit #810 is now available for $2,550,000. The 1,389 square foot corner penthouse has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and the added bonus of a 1,009 square foot private rooftop terrace.
